JC Solutions is owned and managed by Julia Cater.

Julia has worked in HR since 1992 and has benefited from a wide variety of experience
through work as an independent consultant and in-Company HR Manager. She has worked overseas for a significant amount of time, and also in a range of industries from investment banking and private industry to government agencies and charities. A chartered member of CIPD with BMus, MA in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Coaching, she is qualified in the use of psychometric assessment and diagnostic tools from most of the major providers. She is currently based in Penrith, Cumbria.
