JC Solutions is owned and managed by Julia Cater.
Julia has worked in HR since 1992 and has benefited from a wide variety of experience through work as an independent consultant and in-Company HR Manager. She has worked overseas for a significant amount of time, and also in a range of industries from investment banking and private industry to government agencies and charities. A chartered member of CIPD with BMus, MA in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Coaching, she is qualified in the use of psychometric assessment and diagnostic tools from most of the major providers. She is currently based in Penrith, Cumbria.
At times, JC Solutions partners with other like minded consultancies to share ideas and expertise, undertake co-supervision and share resources.
