Julia Cater
Julia has owned and managed JC Solutions since 2004. She started working life in Human Resources and has benefited from a wide variety of experiences through work as an independent consultant and in-Company L&D and HR Manager. She has worked overseas for a significant amount of time, and also in a range of industries from investment banking and private industry to government agencies and charities. Now, with a much stronger focus on psychology and development, she finds she is able to get to the heart of human behavioural issues through listening, challenging and supporting. She is a chartered member of CIPD with an MA in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Coaching.
Living on the edge of the Lake District, Julia enjoys the outdoor life, competitive sports and is an active Church bellringer. Her partner and two young children are enjoying restoring their early Victorian property and experimenting with making produce from the garden.
