Finesse: Executive development programme

We run a 12 month executive development programme tailored around your specific leadership issues and needs. It consists of a series of rigorous executive coaching sessions using a cognitive behavioural coaching approach, all focussed around your developmental objectives. To support, we offer models in modern management and leadership thinking, plus a before and after 360 degree feedback analysis to measure your success. This is not a course. You will not be in a classroom. This programme is entirely customised to you based on your job and your specific needs. It is aimed at experienced executives who do not want to go back to study but feel they want to add finesse to their range of leadership styles and behaviours.

Business mentoring

Because we recognise running a business can be a lonely place, we offer a business mentoring package for small and medium sized business owners. This provides you with space to review your effectiveness, examine how you manage your staff, and give you more time to think. We will listen, ask thought provoking questions, hold up a different lens for you to look through, and help interpret human behaviour.

Our bronze level package includes 3 face to face sessions. More involved packages include the possibility of 360 and psychometric feedback for you and your staff as well as customer surveys.

Performance coaching

Our performance coaching product is great if you have a work-based issue you would like to address and learn to manage, but don’t know how. This could be to do with a tendency to procrastinate, or be late for meetings and deadlines, a fear over speaking in public, nervousness about delegating, or other normal human character traits. It is possible to learn techniques to combat your concerns and we take a cognitive behavioural coaching approach to help you do this. This is not just a chat; we identify goals relevant to your business, put in place action plans and recommend practice and homework. Most people benefit from 3-4 face to face sessions to address issues.

360 degree feedback

Most people like to complete a 360 degree questionnaire as part of their development as a manager or leader. It is great to help you understand how your behaviours at work are perceived by others and the impact and effectiveness you are having as a leader. It will identify the behaviours you are great at and should keep doing, plus those that you could develop further or even need to stop. We can offer a wide choice of 360s depending on your needs from normal Behavioural and skills ones, to Emotional Intelligence and Transformational Leadership 360s. We can even take your organisation’s values or competencies and create a 360 for you.
