We believe that high quality psychometric questionnaires are tremendous value for money. The research says that using them can double the likelihood that you will appoint the right person for your needs. We provide reports on candidates’ personality tailored around any role you have. These include interview questions, guidance on how well that person will fit in your organisation, advice on how to best to manage them and our overall recommendation on hiring that person.

Ability tests and assessment centres
Some companies want to take the idea of structuring their interviews a step further. Rather than just ask a candidate how they would behave at work, why not actually measure them in a simulation? This can make you up to 3 times more confident that the candidate will actually be a good performer. We measure candidate’s analytical reasoning skills plus design and implement other skills based assessments (such as how they manage their time, how they give presentations, how they sell things, their approach to analysis and business decisions, and how they behave in meetings).
